Introduction

"Sardar Ka Grandson" is a 2021 Indian Hindi comedy film directed by Kaashvie Nair and starring Bhushan Kumar, Divya Khosla Kumar, Krishan Kumar.

Plot

Sardar Ka Grandson not only tells the story of grandmother and grandson. It’s essentially about valuing family. Amrik (Arjun Kapoor) lives in Los Angeles with his girlfriend Radha (Rakul Preet Singh). Both run a moving and packing company called Gently Gently. Amreek has a laid-back, carefree attitude and doesn't believe in admitting his mistakes. This affected his work and his relationship with Radha. Radha got fed up with his behavior and broke up with him. Amrik was completely devastated. At this time, his father Gurjirat aka Gurki (Kanwaljit Singh) calls him from his home in Amritsar, Punjab. He tells Amrik that he should return immediately as his grandmother Sardar (Neena Gupta) is ill.

I thought the movie Sardar Ka Grandson was good, had a fresh concept and an interesting premise. The script could have been sharper which resulted in this movie being great. The movie could have been better, but at least it was still a one-time watch and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
